The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging a common order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal on 29-4-2015 in a batch of cases in O.A.No.1563 of 2014 and batch. The said order of the Tribunal has already been set aside by a bench of this Court to which one of us (VRS, J.) was a party. Therefore, following the said decision in W.P.No.40948 of 2015 and batch, dated 18-7-2016, the writ petition is allowed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
