ORDER :

The petitioner claims that she is eligible to draw pension under Social Security Pension Scheme launched by the State Government. But illegally her entitlement was rejected. However subsequently, the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Chakrayapeta, Kadapa District (4th respondent) verified the eligibility of various persons including the petitioner and having found that the petitioner is eligible to draw the pension, recommendation is made to the Project Director, DRDA, Kadapa (3rd respondent) vide his letter dated 31.08.2015. Petitioner alleges that even though such recommendation was made in August, 2015, so far no decision is taken. Hence, this writ petition. Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to examine the report submitted by the 4th respondent dated 31.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
