THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30435 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). 2.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

3.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not issuing the title deed and pass book in favour of the petitioner, as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in land and Pattadar Books Act, in respect of an extent of Acs.3.25 cents out of Acs.5.00 in D.No.486 of Poondla Village, Bapatla Mandal by canceling the title deed and pass book issued in favour of respondent No.5, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he made a representation to respondent No.4, for issuance of pattadar pass book, but no orders are passed thereon. 5.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader states that on 21.08.2018, the Tahsildar, Bapatla, made an endorsement rejecting the request of the petitioner for issuance of pass book and the same was dispatched to the petitioner on 23.08.2018.

6.

Having regard to the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies, in accordance with law.

7.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 29.08.2018 vhb
