Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 28.04.2016 to the registry stating that he has been instructed to withdraw the civil revision petition. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 15.07.2013 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
