HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.2249 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.M.Damodar Reddy for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents. The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the endorsement dated 18.08.2018.

The counsel for petitioner raises a few objections against the mode and manner of complying with the order of this Court in W.P.No.18436 of 2018 dated 14.06.2018.

I have perused the endorsement. I am of the view that the petitioner can certainly raise all objections in a proceeding instituted against endorsement dated 18.08.2018. The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to do so.
