Sri P.vishnuvardhan Reddy, the learned counsel for petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file an appeal provided under the Wakf Act.

2. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
