THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.30434 OF 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) The petitioner is the unsuccessful applicant in O.A.No.1435 of 2018 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. He filed this writ petition aggrieved by the order dated 23.07.2018 passed by the Tribunal dismissing the said O.A.

While so, Sri K.Ramakrishna, learned counsel representing Sri P.Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant, would inform this Court that in similar circumstances, this Court set aside the orders passed by the Tribunal and permitted the petitioners therein to make a fresh representation to the authorities seeking relief. A copy of the order dated 26.09.2018 passed in W.P.No.30559 of 2018 holding to this effect is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, this writ petition is disposed of setting aside the order under challenge and directing the authorities to treat this writ petition as a representation of the petitioner-applicant. In addition thereto, the petitioner-applicant is given liberty to make a representation to the authorities concerned. The representation of the petitioner-applicant, be it independently or in the form of this writ petition, shall be considered in accordance with the decision of this Court in W.P.No.24377 of 2007, which was confirmed in appeal in W.A.No.782 of 2010, and also the order dated 19.09.2017 passed in W.P.No.27217 of 2017. The authorities concerned shall take a final decision in the matter within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
