Sri Chinthapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5, has placed before me proceedings dt.29-09-2018 handing over to the petitioner plot bearing No.A3/101 in the market yard, Guntur on 29-09-2018.

In view of the said proceedings, the grievance of the petitioner is completely redressed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
