THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.30545 OF 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioners are the unsuccessful applicants in O.A.Nos.1491, 1492, 1493, 1498, 1502 and 1503 of 2018 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. They filed this common writ petition with leave aggrieved by the order dated 30.07.2018 passed by the Tribunal dismissing the said O.As.
While so, Sri K.Ramakrishna, learned counsel representing Sri P.Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners-applicants, would inform this Court that in similar circumstances, this Court set aside the orders passed by the Tribunal and permitted the petitioners therein to make a fresh representation to the authorities seeking relief. A copy of the order dated 24.01.2018 passed in W.P.No.1956 of 2018 holding to this effect is placed on record.
For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, this writ petition is disposed of setting aside the common order under challenge and directing the authorities to treat this writ petition as a representation of the petitioners-applicants. In addition thereto, the petitioners-applicants are given liberty to make a representation to the authorities concerned. The representation of the petitioners-applicants, be it independently or in the form of this writ petition, shall be considered in accordance with the decision of this Court in W.P.No.24377 of 2007, which was confirmed in appeal in W.A.No.782 of 2010, and also the order dated 19.09.2017 passed in W.P.No.27217 of
2017. The authorities concerned shall take a final decision in the matter within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _________________ SANJAY KUMAR,J _________________ M.
