THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.471 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused No.3 in C.C. No.1651 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XXII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
