This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioners/A1 to A3 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.550 of 2015 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, where the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 r/w 34 I.P.C.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents.
Pending the Criminal Petition, the de facto complainant filed petition to compound the offence.
A1 and A3 and A2 represented by GPA holder and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant are present before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsel and filed joint memo with affidavit stating that they compromised the matter outside the Court at the intervention of elders. Hence, permission to be accorded to compound the offence.
Having regard to the said circumstances, the complainant is permitted to compound the offence with the accused pending criminal petition before this Court.
Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.8661 of 2015 is ordered and the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.550 of 2015 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.
