HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31619 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not conducting the survey and demarcating the land in Sy.No.314/A and 314/A/1 to an extent of Ac.11-38 guntas situated at Saidapur Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition is covered by the judgment dated 28.04.2016 in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

For the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
