This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner/complainant seeking to direct the XVIII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Erramanzil to dispose of the C.C.No.273 of 2015 within a period of one month. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the XVIII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Erramanzil, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.273 of 2015 positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned Magistrate shall not seek further time for disposal of the case.
