HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6703 and 6704 of 2017 In/ and CRIMINAL PETITION No.6507 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 and the defacto-complainant-2nd respondent to the quash petition present. The C.C.No.1070 of 2015 is pending on the file of the IV Addl.Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, wherein the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences punishable u/ sec.498-A, 327 and 506 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Pending the quash petition, two applications in Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6703 and 6704 of 2017 one is seeking permission to compound the offences supra and the other is to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1070 of 2015 consequently, are filed.
The defacto complainant stated that she and her husband(A.1) are amicably sorted out the differences between them and happily living together and the other accused persons are also treating her well and the case can be closed.
By recording the same, both the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6703 and 6704 of 2017 are allowed by according permission to compound the offences and consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.1070 of 2015. Bail bonds of the accused shall stand cancelled. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
