It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that revision filed by the petitioner is still pending consideration before the Joint Collector and the same is posted for hearing on 28.11.2015. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law, after disposal of the revision. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
