THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CONTEMPT CASE No.2225 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 16.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.A.No.1873 of 2013 in the context of the memo dated 06.10.2016 issued by the respondent, the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

By the aforestated order dated 16.12.2013, this Court held that the earlier decision in W.P.No.387 of 2011 would stand, deleting the recording of fact findings in the subsequent order, and it was confirmed that the writ petition would stand dismissed as infructuous. However, by the memo dated 06.10.2016, the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, made certain observations referring to the order dated 16.12.2013 in W.A.No.1873 of 2013 as if the said order was on merits. 3.

We are now informed that the Tahsildar, Kapra Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, the successor-in-interest of the erstwhile Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, issued memo dated 20.07.2018 observing that the Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, had informed him, vide letter dated 07.07.2018, that while issuing the memo dated 06.10.2016, the order dated 16.12.2013 in W.A.No.1873 of 2013 was mentioned inadvertently in the operational portion and requested to delete the same. The Tahsildar, Keesara Mandal, accordingly deleted the reference to the

order dated 16.12.2013 passed in W.A.No.1873 of 2013. Copy of the memo dated 20.07.2018 passed by the Tahsildar, Kapra Mandal, is placed on record.

In the light of the aforestated development, this contempt case no longer survives for consideration on merits and is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
