Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (T).

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not mutating and issuing the 'e' pattadar passbooks in the name of the petitioners in relation to their lands in Survey No.74/ 1/ A admeasuring Acs.50 guntas situated at Ramachandrapuram Revenue Village, Bayyaram Mandal, Mahabubabad District, Warangal and in not issuing cheques under Rythu Bandhu Scheme, inspite of their representations and legal notice dated 12.06.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (T) would submit that the Tahsildar to whom the representations are made by the petitioners, shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, if the petitioners are entitled to.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent - Tahsildar, Bayyaram Mandal, Mahabubabad District, to consider the applications dated

22.12.2014 and 08.06.2016, made by the petitioners for issuance of pattadar passbooks, in accordance with law, if the petitioners are otherwise entitled to, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight to ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
