THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.16533 of 2013 ORDER:

The Petitioners pray for the following reliefs : " Mandumus declaring the inaction of the respondent in finalising the investigation with regard to Crime No.3/ 2013 dt. 07.01.2013 and also the petition No.117/ 2013, dt. 14.04.2013 given by the petitioner Nos. 1 to 6 as arbitrary, illegal, being violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent to complete investigation by registering FIR on Petition no.117 of 2013 dt. 14.04.2013 given by the petitioner Nos. 1 to 6 and also Crime No.3/ 2013 dt. 07.01.2013 registered at the instance of petitioner No.7. "

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed.

In view of filing of the charge sheet, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
