HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5899 of 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff under Article of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 17-08-2012 passed in I.A.No.758 of 2012 in O.S.No.67 of 2012 by the Prl. Junior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, declining to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to localize the schedule property with the aid of documents of petitioner by survey and fix the boundaries. It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.67 of 2012 was dismissed by the Prl. Junior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, on 16-10-2014. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
