Prayer is one against inaction in registering the crime in CC.SR.NO.908/2014, as illegal and unconstitutional. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that 2nd respondent has registered the private complaint forwarded by the learned Magistrate as Crime No.268/2014.

The statement is placed on record.

As the cause is substantially attended to, learned counsel for the present, does not press the writ prayer.
