THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 35291 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the 1st respondent in investigating the case in FIR No.443 of 2011 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Learned Government Pleader submitted a copy of the latest instructions issued to him on 19.11.2015 which disclose that the said crime was investigated upon and a final report was filed on 02.09.2015 before the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Cyberabad, at Rajendranagar, stating "lack of evidence".

3. In view of the said statement made in the written instructions to the learned Government Pleader, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
