Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Fisheries and Revenue. When the matter is taken up, the Assistant Director of Fisheries, Sri V.Tirupathaiah, who is physically present before this Court, submits that a fresh show cause notice, indicating all the details, will be issued to the petitioner herein and the petitioner is entitled to file appropriate explanation for the same. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
