HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4616 of 2017 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in forcing the petitioners to part their property with the 4th respondent, by visiting petitioners' residence at all odd hours and abusing them in filthy language and calling the family members of the petitioners to the police station.
2. Though notice was taken up to the 4th respondent, learned counsel for the petitioners did not receive the acknowledgment. However, learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on the basis of the written instructions, submits that the police never harassed the petitioners, as alleged by the petitioners. The Station House Officer, III Town PS, Ananthapuram never abused the petitioners with any unexplainable language and he also never warned by saying to break their hands, legs and also never foist to false cases with regard to the settlement.
3. In view of the denial of the allegations made by the petitioners, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
