THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTI CE ANI S CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TON No.3837 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The order dated 28.04.2016 passed by the learned First Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in E.A.No.405 of 2016 in E.P.No.529 of 2014 in Arbitration/CF.No.23 of 2013 is sought to be challenged in this civil revision petition filed under Section 115 C.P.C. However, no stay was granted by this Court interdicting the further proceedings in the execution petition and it is now stated by both the learned counsel that the order in the execution petition has been acted upon in its entirety.

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that no adjudication is called for on merits in this civil revision petition as the issue has become purely academic.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed leaving open the issue sought to be raised.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
