When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that by way of an order bearing Rc.No.A/648/2017, dated 19.04.2017, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kalluru, suspended the authorization of the petitioner's Fair price shop and a copy of the same is also placed on record. 2.

In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
