No representation for petitioner.

Heard the Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The petitioner prays for mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 in interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of property i.e., Plot No.14 admeasuring 166 Sq. yards, and Plot No.15 admeasuring 330 Sq. yards situated at Bhimavaram, Vijayawada, Krishna District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that the 2nd respondent on the complaint received registered Crime Nos. 382 and 384 of 2013 against petitioner and the petitioner was summoned to Police Station as part of investigation. The respondents denied interference in a civil dispute.

In view of the statements of Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this court is of the view that the petitioner with the passage of time is not interested in working out the writ prayer.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
