ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he came to be purchased the land in an extent of Ac.5.57 cents in Sy.No.25/1 situated in J. Annavaram Village, Yeleswaram Mandal, East Godavari District from his vendor through registered sale deed dated 27.09.2014 for a valid consideration. It is his grievance that though he made an application to the respondents on 26.12.2014 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed, no action has

been taken so far. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) for respondents.

Considering the nature of relief, and in view of the provisions under Sections 4, 5 r/w Rules 6 and 9 of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. In the event of there being any defects, the respondents shall communicate the same to the petitioner in writing and grant necessary time for rectification of the same. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
