( Respondent in-do- ) Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed in Crl.P., the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition No.2 of the anticipatory bail order dated 06-09-2018 in Crl.P.No. 9040 of 2018 to the effect of appearing before the SHO concerned on every Sunday till filing ofthe charge-sheet and thereafter once in a month on every 1st Sunday till completion of the trial/enquiry between 1000 am and 11.00 am. pending disposal of CRLP No, 9040 of 2018, on the file of the High Court. CRLP NO: 9O4O OF 2018 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directing his enlargement on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.458 of 2018 of Pet Basheerabad Police Station on such terms and conditions as deemed flt and proper in the circumstances of this case;

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated 06.09.2018 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K SARVA BHOUIVIA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner, the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following

Heard. Perused the record.

Having regard to the submissions and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition with regard to the appearance of the petitioner/ accused before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter once in a month on 1"t Sunday till completion of trial/enquiry between 1O:OO AM and 11:OO AM, imposed by this Court, vide order, dated 06.O9,2018, passed in Crl.P.No.9O4O of 2018 is modified as follows: I
