THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11008 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to relax the condition imposed on him on 22.01.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.85 of 2016 in an unregistered crime of the year 2015 of Charminar Police Station, Hyderabad.

2. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

3. Heard and perused the material available on record.

4. By order, 22.01.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.85 of 2016, the learned VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition on him that he shall attend before the concerned Station House Officer, Charminar Police Station, Hyderabad twice a week i.e., on every Sunday and Wednesday in between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm till charge sheet is filed; that he shall not leave the Hyderabad City limits without prior permission of the concerned S.H.O; that he shall also surrender his passport, if any. Praying to relax the said conditions, the petitioner filed the present Criminal Petition.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions imposed on the petitioner on 22.01.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.85 of 2016 in an unregistered crime of the year 2015 on the file of VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, are hereby relaxed.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. _________________________
