HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30411 OF 2018 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering crime on the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 20.08.2018 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri Mohd.Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made complaint to the respondents about illegal trespass into subject land by Ramesh Yadav, Ravi Yadav, Shyam Sunder Yadav and Kasinath Yadav, no action is being taken by the respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents produced written instructions stating that after receiving the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.524 under Section 120B, 323, 420, 447, 468 & 506 IPC at Neredmet Police Station was registered against the accused and investigating the case. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
