Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2006 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Chirala was disposed of on 04.09.2013 and hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
