Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second appeal stating that the subject matter of the Second Appeal was settled out of Court and to that effect, he has filed a letter dated 19.09.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
