HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30423 OF 2018 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to register FIR basing on the complaints of the petitioner dated 18.06.2018 and 09.07.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

Heard Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent enquired into the matter and found that the land of the petitioner was under civil dispute, as such, no FIR was registered and same was entered into General Diary on 19.06.2018. He submits that when the petitioner approached 3rd respondent along with relevant documents on 26.08.2018, basing on the same, a case in Cr.No.199/2018, dated 26.08.2018 under Sections 447, 427,506 r/w 34 IPC was registered against unknown persons on the file of Timmapuram Police Station, East Godavari District. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
