It is stated by Mr. M.Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the applications of the petitioners were received and they were permitted to participate in the counselling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioners have already got admission to MBBS Course, the same may be confirmed. If they have not got a seat in the MBBS, they may be permitted to appear for the BDS counselling. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
