THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition Nos.26910, 26911, 26919 and 26920 of 2015 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri M.Narender Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, would submit that in view of the subsequent dismissal of the S.As before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, the cause in the writ petitions does not survive and the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petitions.
The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
