Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bathula Raj Kiran, learned Standing counsel for the respondents. 2.
Aggrieved by the order of recovery of Rs.49,79,417/- petitioner preferred appeal. The said appeal was rejected. Aggrieved thereby petitioner preferred Memorial representation to the Board Sub Committee-HR (Board of Directors), Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., on 16.08.2018.

In terms of the original order as now affirmed by the appellate authority, Rs.14,670/- per month is being recovered. Earlier during pendency of the appeal petitioner approached this Court in W.P.No.32237 of 2017. This Court while directing to pass orders in the appeal, granted stay of recovery. 4.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner requests similar direction.

Learned standing counsel for the respondent-Company also agrees for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the Board to consider the Memorial representation and to pass orders. 6.
Having regard to the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to examine the memorial representation submitted by the petitioner on 16.08.2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending
- 3 - consideration of the memorial representation, respondents are directed not to affect recovery. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
