This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order of framing charges, dated 24-072012 in C.C.No.22 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Spl. Judge for C.B.I. Cases, Hyderabad.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
