HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.3739 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.71 of 2017 of Sangam Police Station, Warangal District, wherein he allegedly committed offences under Sec.354-A1(ii), 354-D, IPC, Sec.3(1)(w)(i) and 2(v) of SC, ST (POA), Act, 2015 Sec.7 r/w 8 and Sec.11 r/w 12 of POCSO Act.

2) Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor opposed the petition. 3) As can be seen from the complaint allegations, there is a strong prima facie accusation against the petitioner. Having regard to it and pending investigation, it is not a fit case to grant bail to him. 4) Accordingly, this petition dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned trial Court and seek for a regular bail, in which case, the said Court shall dispose of his bail application expeditiously.
