HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.9015, 9091, 9092, 9100, 9114 & COMMON ORDER:

The petitioner is common in all these petitions and he is seeking modification of the conditions in the bail orders in Crl.M.P.Nos.944, 1197, 1198 & 1148 of 2017 and 302 & 300 of 2018 respectively dated 04.08.2017, 04.09.2017, 04.09.2017 and 11.09.2017 and 04.04.2018 respectively.

The condition of appearing before the SHO concerned till filing of the charge sheet is modified to attend once in a month on 1st Sunday before the respective CB CID Investigating Officials of the 7 Regional Offices of State of Andhra Pradesh and such Regional Offices of State of Telangana respectively till end of trial.

The condition of not to leave the State is modified as not to leave the Country.

Other conditions of the orders remain unchanged, but for to read the word Magistrate as trial Judge.

Accordingly and in the result, these Criminal Petitions are allowed.
