HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR C.M.A.No.1301 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred against the order dated 30-5-2008 in W.C.No.124 of 2005 on the file of Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Kadapa.

Lower authority granted Rs.2,84,322/- as compensation for the death of deceased workman Sankar.

Questioning the said order, Insurance Company preferred this appeal.

When this matter has come up for hearing on 183-2016, on the request of the appellant's counsel, the matter was adjourned. When the matter is taken up for hearing, today, neither advocate for appellant present nor any representation is made.

Therefore, appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this appeal, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
