The case of the petitioner is that she was assigned land to an extent of Ac.1.88 cents in Sy.No.174/4 and Ac.1.03 cents in Sy.No.174/5 of Gundugallu village, Gangavaram Mandal, Chittoor district in the year 2013 and since then she is in continuous possession of the said lands. While so, the petitioner submitted an application in Form-6A for incorporation of her name in the Revenue Records and also for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title deeds in respect of the subject lands, before the 4th respondent, but as no action is being taken, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the application submitted by the petitioner in Form-6(A) is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, it is for him to dispose of the same. As such, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
