Since the third respondent has implemented order dated 18.03.2016, in ROR Appeal No.A3/546/2016, passed by the second respondent and issued proceedings, dated 03.11.2017, conferring pattadar passbooks and title deeds in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject property, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.
