JUDGMENT:- The learned counsel for the appellants has filed a letter dated 20.05.2016 stating that the matter is settled out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as having been withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Appeal Suit, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
