HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.19654 OF 2013 ORDER:
The petitioner prays for the following relief: ...to pass an order or direction or issue a writ one more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the action of the 1st respondent in aiding and abetting the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in their attempts to enter upon the land of the Petitioner , admeasuring Acres 1: Guntas 20 in Survey no. 1233/B4, Madikonda Village Shivaru, Hanamkonda, Warangal District., contrary to the directions of the competent civil court is arbitrary, illegal and violation of Article 21 & 300 of Constitution of India in the interest of justice and pass...." The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that subject matter of writ petition relates to a civil dispute and the matter is sub judice before the Civil Court. He further states that respondent police never interfered in the subject matter of writ petition or threatened the petitioner at any point of time. The statement is placed on record.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
