It is brought to the notice of this Court that in an identical set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.29016 of 2017 by way of an order, dated 29.08.2017, and a copy of the said order is placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to submit explanation to the impugned order within a period of two weeks from today and, thereafter, it is open for the respondents to take further action and pass final orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and till passing of the final orders, the impugned order shall stand suspended. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
