THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30594 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the Writ Petition is taken by the learned Government Pleader stating that Section 44 of the Forest Act provides for an alternative remedy to the petitioner herein. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed, with a liberty to avail the said remedy available to the petitioner under Section 44 of the Forest Act.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
