The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that it had filed an application for issuance of trade licence for trading Subabul, Eucalyptus and Casurina plants to 2nd respondent on 25-02-2015, but the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon till date.

2. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on petitioner's application dt.25-02-2015 for issuance of trade licence for trading in the above products within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
