This contempt case is filed for non-compliance of order of this Court dated 28.2.2012 in W.P.No. 3274 of 2012.

Now it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents that the order of this Court has already been implemented by the respondents under

their order dated 8.9.2014. In view of that, the cause in the contempt case does not survive. Accordingly the contempt case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
