ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or Writs, Order or Orders by setting-aside the Impugned Lok-Adalat Award dated 27.01.2011 passed by LokAdalat at X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri as the same is now vitiated due to deliberate non-compliance by the respondent."

After arguing the case, Mr. Sujith Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail any other appropriate legal remedy

available to him under law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.32624 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
