THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4262 of 2012 ORDER:

A letter dated 21.12.2015 is filed in the Registry by the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition on the ground that the matter is likely to be settled between the parties. In the circumstances, permission is granted and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a petition for restoration in case the matter is not settled within one month. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Civil Revision Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
